Ashley is a magna cum laude graduate of Northeastern University, where she earned a BS in business administration with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship. Upon graduation, Ashley began her career in the financial services industry as an internal business consultant for John Hancock Investments. In 2016, she joined the MidState Wealth Management team and currently holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations as well as her life, disability, and long-term health care insurance license. In 2020, Ashley became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional. Ashley is passionate about helping guide people toward making knowledgeable decisions that will benefit their financial future. She worked closely with her father, Mark Sparhawk, for several years in conducting investment research and assisting with plan implementation before she took over the practice after his passing in 2023.
Ashley is an active member of the community and serves as the treasurer for the Memorial Foundation for the Blind. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, golfing, and taking her dogs on long walks.
